Highly recommend this cabin! Our kids loved the playground area and painting the rocks. The views were great, we loved having our coffee outside as well as dinner on the back porch. The cabin is stocked with everything you would need!

We had a wonderful stay at Bear Run Cabin! We appreciated the amenities, decor, and proximity to downtown. There were only a couple of minor issues, which the host addressed promptly. We would recommend this property to families looking for a relaxing, fun, and convenient place to stay in the Smokies!

Highly recommend this place! Beautiful cabin, peaceful surroundings, and a perfect quiet place to stay in the mountains! Our family of 4 loved the hot tub after a day of hiking and really enjoyed our time here. Great hosts too! We will be back!!

Great place; new, clean, great place for two working remote and for two guests to enjoy the quiet side of the smokies, close enough to the park for hiking any of the trails and the drives in the park are amazing. Dancing Bear in Townsend for an excellent meal is very close and there are tons of places to eat in Maryville. Oh, loved the setting of the cabin on 10 acres with a lunch time break for a quick hike up the mountain right from our driveway driveway. Hot tub with a TV!

we absolutely loved our stay! the views were wonderful. the cabin was extremely clean and looked just like the pictures. there was a good selection of cooking appliances for when stayed in. the kids absolutely adored the loft and the nerf guns were a huge hit ! i would 100% recommend !

I absolutely loved discovering Tennessee! Holly Berry truly feels like a home away from home. Everything was exactly like the photos — actually, even better in person.
Every detail is labeled, everything is extremely organized and spotless. It was truly pet-hair free — not even a single spider web anywhere! The beds were perfectly clean, and the towels were fresh and spotless as well.
The kitchen is fully equipped — it even has an air fryer! The jacuzzi was clean and ready to use. There are so many thoughtful touches for kids: painting rocks, games, a fire pit, and so much more. If I start describing everything, I might ruin the surprise for future guests!
I simply loved every single detail. Highly recommend! 💛

What a great place!!! I’ve worked in this area for years and remember watching this cabin built. Have wanted to stay here previously but schedules haven’t matched up. Will stay again when it’s warmer to enjoy the closeness to the river. Also the king mattress was perfect!!!!!! So comfortable kinda want to know the brand to replace mine at home!!!!

Our first time in Branson and we loved this spot. Easy to walk to the indoor pool and to the clubhouse for my oldest son to pay for golfing. The river, and hiking trail by the river, were definitely favorites of mine. The kids loved the river too. If you're an avid golfer I'm sure you'll know to bring collared shirts, but if you're more of a country boy like some of mine are you'll be turned away from golfing if you show up in a nice T-shirt and shorts. Kind of a bummer for them, as they didn't know this rule existed. They ended up attempting to catch trout down by the river instead.
The master bed was great and firm but all the other beds were on the "too soft" side for our teen boys. All the kids loved the arcade and other games in the loft area, and my two youngest used the karaoke machine several times. Very well stocked kitchen for a family our size.

We had an amazing time at this cabin! The view was absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect. It was especially wonderful for children — there were so many games, including rock painting, darts, and more, which kept everyone entertained.
The hot tub was just the extra piece of the pie that made our stay even better. We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing and fun getaway. Highly recommend!
