The close proximity to Lake Taney Como provides access to marinas, boat ramps, and a local man-made beach. Condo is the end unit on the 2nd floor of a three story building. Requires a flight of stairs to enter. Total occupancy is 12 people including infants under 2 per licensing regulations in the state of MO and the city of Branson. *Sleeping Areas: Main Floor - King Primary and King secondary rooms. Upper level - Queen room with single bunks. Loft - 2 queen beds. *Kitchen FULLY Stocked -Hot and Cold Coffee maker pot and Keurig style -Two crock pots. -Air Fryer -Kids dishes and utensils Infant Supports -Pack n Play with attachable changing station -Baby bath seat -High Chair -Sway Swing 🔗 Additional Information: Golfing includes a stay and play package discount. ✅ Resort Amenities Outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities are operated and maintained by the Pointe Royale Resort HOA. Please note: Property owners are not responsible or liable for any refunds or compensation due to amenity closures for maintenance, weather, or any other reason. ✅ A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking to confirm your reservation. ✅ You must be 24 to rent. ✅ No 3rd party bookings per Airbnb. The person booking must be the person staying. ✅ No trailers or attached haulers are allowed. ✅ Holiday decor is put up during the 1st week of December. ✅ Pet Policy Limit: One dog, up to 50 lbs. Crating: Pets must be crated if left alone, crate provided. No pee pads inside the property. Clean up after your pet in outdoor areas. Erica’s place was a very neat stay and a perfect accommodation for my family and I. The kids loved the game room upstairs and there is plenty of room on the main floor as well. The indoor pool and outdoor hot tub access were also a big hit with the kids, as we visited in late October, where all the outdoor pools are closed. Erica was very detailed in her check-in and check-out procedures and made the whole process a breeze. I highly recommend this location!

Erica is a GREAT host! Very quick to respond & easy to communicate with!! No issues while staying here with extended family, check in was easy and area felt safe! Upstairs was a hit with my girls. Bathrooms were all clean & pristine! Back porch was GREAT- nice at night and the perfect weather to enjoy. Kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils & even spices/ seasonings! Nice to have a crockpot for long days at silver dollar city!! Great location to everything either Branson related or surroundings. We did use the hot tub/ indoor pool which was great- there is bathrooms down there if need be. If wanting to go down to the trails/ park or lake area bring bug spray because we didn’t and the mosquitoes were quite fierce. If needing to book again- would do! Highly recommend!!

We had a great week staying here! Very close to all the great things Branson and Table Rock Lake have to offer and so many things to do at the property itself. My husband loved playing golf right at Pointe Royale and my 3 year old couldn't get enough of all the games at this rental. There was plenty of room for us and 3 full bathrooms which made getting ready at the same time a breeze. We also had our dog with us and found the Pointe Royale community to be very dog friendly. We were having so much fun we asked to stay an extra day and Erica was super responsive and happy to accommodate. We would highly recommend staying here and will for sure return to stay here again next year!

This place was in a great location that was easy to get to for all of the activities Branson has to offer. Being on the golf course was nice & peaceful. The space inside was thoughtfully laid out and offered good room for our three families with small children. Erica and Jon had really great communication & response times for anything we had questions on. We would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Branson or surrounding areas to take advantage of all it has to offer!

Erica was a wonderful host and her place was amazing! Just perfect for what we needed! Plenty of space for two families…and perfect for kids to stay entertained. It’s very close to the clubhouse with the big pool…which the kids also loved. Thanks again for everything…it was nice to just get away for a few days!
