Resort amenities are maintained by the Pointe Royale HOA and may occasionally close due to maintenance, weather, or other circumstances beyond the owner’s control. Refunds are not provided for amenity closures. ✅ We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip from illness, weather, flight delays, work changes, or other unexpected events. Refunds are not provided for circumstances outside of our control. ✅ A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking to confirm your reservation. ✅ You must be 23 to rent. ✅ No 3rd party bookings per Airbnb. The person booking must be the person staying. ✅ No trailers or attached haulers are allowed. There is plenty of parking but it is first come first serve. ✅ Pet Policy - Pet Fee: $150 Limit: One dog, up to 70 lbs. Crating: Pets must be crated if left alone, crate provided. No pee pads inside the property. Clean up after your pet in outdoor areas. ✅ Check out is 10:30am.
