Please do not include these in reviews of your stay. ✅ There is a ring camera at the entrance. It records motion and sound and can be accessed in real time or recordings reviewed if needed. ✅ Checkout is at 10:30 AM. A $50 fee applies for up to 30 minutes late, with an additional $100 for each half hour thereafter, as the home must be cleaned and prepared for incoming guests.
