Pool usually open May - August but it can change depending on the weather. If you're bringing a pet, please make sure to include them in your booking to avoid any additional charge and see rules about pets. ⚫️ Per HOA dogs must be on a leash at all times. ⚫️ Cannot be left unattended, or inside pool area. ⚫️ Bylaws require 1 dog 40lb max or 2 dogs no larger than 25lbs each. ⚫️ Dogs should be created when left in the condo. ⚫️ No pee pads ⚫️ Dogs need to be leashed when outside the condo. ✅ PARKING: HOA does not allow any kind of trailer such as RVs, Boats, Trailers, Jet Skis, 4x4 Vehicles, Travel Trailers, 5th Wheels, in the parking lot. They will be towed if parked on site so please plan ahead if you are planning to bring a trailer. ✅ ACCESSIBILITY: The condo is located on the 2nd floor of the building unit. A flight of stairs is necessary to reach the front door.

✅ Resort Amenities Outdoor pools are open seasonally typically from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pools and other facilities are operated and maintained by the community HOA. Please note: Property owners are not responsible or liable for any refunds or compensation due to amenity closures for maintenance, weather, or any other reason as this is out of our control. ✅ PLEASE buy rental insurance, it's cheap and will save you your trip cost should you have an illness, weather related travel issues, flight problems and a host of other circumstances. We are not a travel insurance company and do not provide refunds for these types of issues. ✅ A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking to confirm your reservation. ✅ You must be 23 to rent per HOA. ✅ No 3rd party bookings per Airbnb. The best host!! We had to book very last minute and she responded so fast and was very helpful in so many ways. The place was beautiful and peaceful also. Not far from everything and easy access. Will Definitely book again! 10/10 would recommend.

Erica’s condo was spot on. Exactly as described inside and out. The condo was spacious and very clean. Amenities inside were everything you would need for a long stay. (We only stayed 3 nights but you are easily set for a much longer stay.) The spices/oils included were a great touch because we like to cook even on vacay. Most places you are lucky to get salt and pepper. Beds were comfy and you had plenty of linens and pillows. The view from the balcony was beautiful during the day and at night. The fog rolling in in the trees and hills in the morning were gorgeous and the downtown area lights up beautifully at night especially during Christmas. The space does come with a dog crate so no need to bring your own. Plenty of laundry detergent pods, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. Also lots of plug in night lights. The attention to detail for those little things to make your stay comfy and as if you were staying at your own place was very thoughtful. 12/10 would stay here again.
