Open May 15 - Sept. 15. ✅A starter kit is provided ✓paper towels ✓toilet paper ✓washer pods ✓kitchen sponge. ✓Large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. These are for all current and future guests, please do not take the bottles upon departure. ✅ We are not responsible for any items left behind. ✅ We highly, HIGHLY recommend you purchase travelers insurance. Refunds not provided for weather/travel/health/family related incidents/sickness. ✅ Checkout is at 10:30 AM. A $50 fee applies for up to 30 minutes late, with an additional $100 for each half hour thereafter, as the home must be cleaned and prepared for incoming guests. ✅ Any other services or experiences booked through Airbnb are in no way, shape or form affiliated with our property and may not be included in reviews. ✅Guest Concerns & Resolution Policy Please report any concerns in writing via Airbnb within 24 hours of discovery and before departure so we have the opportunity to address them. Issues reported after departure are not eligible for refunds. We’ll do our best to resolve any reasonable concerns during your stay. ✅ Amenities are not guaranteed. While we do our best to keep everything in working order, issues may occur. We will address problems when possible but do not control community amenities. ✅ 🌲 Wildlife & Insects – Important Note Our cabin is located in a natural mountain setting, where wildlife and insects are part of the environment. Bears and other animals are common—do not feed them and always secure food and lock vehicles. Occasional wildlife sightings or insects may occur despite regular pest control and are not grounds for a refund. ✅ A Ring camera monitors the front entrance and is motion-activated. Recordings may be reviewed if house rules are suspected to be violated.
