✅ Community Amenities Outdoor pools and hot tub are open seasonally, typically May 15-Sept. 15. Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities are operated and maintained by the HOA. Please note: Property owners are not responsible or liable for any refunds or compensation due to amenity closures for maintenance, weather, or any other reason. ✅ PLEASE buy rental insurance, it's cheap and will save you your trip cost should you have an illness, weather related travel issues, flight problems and a host of other circumstances. We are not a travel insurance company and do not provide refunds for these types of issues. ✅ A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking to confirm your reservation. ✅ You must be 23 to rent. ✅ No 3rd party bookings per Airbnb. The person booking must be the person staying. ✅ No trailers or attached haulers are allowed. Parking is first come, first serve. Park spots are just across from the property. ✅ Holiday decor is put up during the 1st week of December. ✅ Check out is 10:30am. There is a $50 charge for staying a 1/2 hour past check and $100 for every half hour after that. Please understand, other guests are arriving and the property needs to be cleaned and prepped for them as it was for your stay. ✅ Starter Supplies We provide a starter kit for your convenience, including: Toilet paper Paper towel rolls Dishwasher pods Laundry detergent sheets K-cups & coffee packs with sugar Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap (Additional items may be needed for longer stays.) ✅Any Airbnb “Experiences” or third-party services are not affiliated with this property and are not permitted on-site for insurance and liability reasons. Please do not include these in reviews of your stay. ✅ Be sure to have your wristband for access. Only one member of the group needs a band.
