✅ Community Amenities Outdoor pools and hot tub are open seasonally, typically May 15-Sept. 15. Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities are operated and maintained by the HOA. Please note: Property owners are not responsible or liable for any refunds or compensation due to amenity closures for maintenance, weather, or any other reason. ✅ We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip costs in case of illness, weather-related issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. ✅ A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking to confirm your reservation. ✅ You must be 23 to rent. ✅ No 3rd party bookings per Airbnb. The person booking must be the person staying. ✅ No trailers or attached haulers are allowed. Parking is first come, first serve. Park spots are just across from the property. ✅ Holiday decor is put up during the 1st week of December. ✅ Check out is 10:30am.
