You have to go up to have a view. If ice or snow is present, we recommend 4WD vehicles. -Signed Rental Agreement is required 48 hours after making your reservation to confirm your booking. -No third party bookings per Airbnb. The person booking must be the person staying. -Must be 25 to book this cabin -If you are planning a special event like a birthday or anniversary, we can help make your arrival a memorable one. Just let us know. -Here’s a list of goodies you can expect to get you started. ⭐️2 to 3 rolls of TP in each bathroom ⭐️2 rolls of paper towels ⭐️5-7 trash bags ⭐️Several dishwasher pods ⭐️Several laundry pods ⭐️Caffeine 🤪 several k-cups and drip coffee. These are intended to get you started on the right foot and may not last your entire stay, especially longer stays. -We are not responsible for any items left behind. -We highly, HIGHLY recommend you purchase travelers insurance. Refunds not provided for weather/travel/health/family related incidents. Travelers insurance will cover these things so please purchase insurance, it's cheaper than your stay. -We installed an additional pump to increase the water pressure. We are 400 foot above the road level at the neighborhood entry. This makes for lower water pressures, even with the addition of the water pump -Wood is not included for the outdoor firepit, we don't want to attract the termites to a log cabin. Please bring some firewood for your enjoyment. Lowes nearby in Pigeon Forge sells it as well. -Guest concerns and/or complaints should be in writing by Airbnb message AND within 24 hours of discovery, and prior to departure, allowing the owners sufficient time to document and undertake reasonable corrections. If hosts are not allowed to make corrections during the stay, refunds will not be provided. We believe in making vacations enjoyable and will do our best to fix any problems that may arise during your stay. -Availability of amenities cannot be guaranteed; we will do everything possible to ensure they are functioning properly but sometimes stuff happens. We work to fix the problem. - We cannot control wildlife/all insects, the woods and mountains are their home. Please do not feed bears or other wildlife if they do come to the property. There are no refunds for seeing a a bear or insects, they live in the mountains and the cabin is in the mountains. Keep all vehicle doors locked and do not leave food in vehicles or outside. We have monthly pest control but please note the cabin is surround by woods and wildlife live here.

-You must be 24 to book a stay with us. -Rental agreement must be completed and signed 48 hours after booking. -No 3rd party bookings, person booking must be present for the entire stay. --EXPERIENCES & SERVICES - For the safety and enjoyment of our space, we do not participate in or support any additional services suggested or offered through Airbnb, including but not limited to third-party experiences, on-site vendors, or concierge-style offerings. We do not allow outside vendors or service providers to operate on-site at any time. -Do not use glitter or confetti or tape anything to walls, ceilings or cabinets as it leaves permanent marks. Fee for noncompliance will be $300. -There will be a $500 charge for the smell of any type of smoke in the house. -No pets, furry friends must stay at home. There will be a $500 fee charged if a pet is brought to the property -There will be a $500 fee charged if our cleaning team has to clean up bodily fluids post check out*** (We know… this should not have to be a rule, but here we are) - If more guests are staying at the property than the occupancy allows, guest will be asked to leave the property, no refund will be provided. -No Fireworks -No toys in the hot tub. -Might need to update our listings with this. -Guest concerns and/or complaints should be in writing by Airbnb message within 24 hours of discovery, and prior to departure, allowing the owners sufficient time to document and undertake reasonable corrections. Guests must contact the police and have a report completed with a thorough police inspection. -No refunds due to - *county power outages that are not singular to our property or lasting a significant amount of time. *choosing to shorten a stay past the cancellation policy. *flight changes or cancellations *seeing a bug or wildlife such as bears, deer, turkeys, coyotes and foxes. Note: As with any mountain cabin, you may encounter occasional bugs due to being surround by trees and nature. We maintain a regular pest control schedule and ensure professional cleaning between stays. Seeing a bug will not result in a refund, pest control will be happy to investigate. TRAVELERS INSURANCE is inexpensive and easy to obtain. We highly recommend you purchase insurance to protect your vacation. We will be happy to provide your insurance any information they need should you file a claim. Thanks

Neighborhood

This neighbourhood is not a cookie cutter cabin neighbourhood. You have plenty of space between you and your neighbours to enjoy the privacy of your cabin. In addition it’s only about 15 minutes to the Pigeon Forge strip to enjoy the many attractions the area has to offer. And if you want to head into Gatlinburg, it’s a beautiful scenic half hour drive.

Everything was amazing! Our kids absolutely loved the game room and movie theater, it was hard to get them to do anything else! It was so peaceful and very relaxing. It was close enough to everything in Pigeon Forge but far enough to not hear the hustle and bustle. The view was gorgeous!! The only thing we would change would have been to extend our stay!!! We will definitely be booking this cabin again.

The house and the view was BEAUTIFUL! When you walked in it just felt like home especially how they left the lamps on for you when you walked in. They were very responsive to all my questions, and fixed the one issue we had in just 10 minutes. When we come back to the area we will definitely be checking to see if their house is available first!

Find us

There’s plenty of parking in the front of the house. Downtown pigeon Forge also provides a trolley which can be picked up at multiple locations. So you can bring your vehicle close to the strip, find a trolley pick up spot and then hop around all day. 🙂
